Job summary

ProMedica Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist IV at Flower Hospital in the Pharmacy Admin department. The role provides comprehensive inpatient services, including drug distribution, IV admixture, medical therapy management, drug information, and regulatory compliance.

The pharmacist will directly supervise pharmacy support personnel and work a 40-hour week on days. Requires active Michigan/Ohio license, PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, and board certification within 2 years of hire.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience.
• Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio.
• 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• BLS, ACLS and/or PALS.
• Board Certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution and IV admixture preparation.
• Medical therapy management and drug information dissemination.
• Compliance with controlled substance regulations.
• Directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.
