Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacist within specialty area and participate in governance, teaching, and education.
• Develop policies and workflows within specialty area and monitor compliance.
• Provide patient care rounding support and drug information to the healthcare team.
• Counsel patients on drug therapy and ensure safe, effective pharmacotherapy.
