Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator for Primary Care Enhanced Onboarding to shape onboarding experiences across clinics in our Puget Sound system. You will coach teams, align classroom training with real‑world operations, and mentor frontline staff to promote consistent, high‑quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 years of directly related experience in a medical office OR 3 years' experience as a Providence employee in a PCC position, preferably at the senior level.
• Participation in 2 champion roles or 1 champion role, and a committee or council.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCC blends coaching and operational leadership to deliver a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience that accelerates confidence, competence, and connection to our culture.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert and frontline mentor to reinforce best practices and bridge training from classroom to real‑world clinic operations.
• Partner with clinic leaders and educators to ensure onboarding aligns with care delivery standards.
