Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. is seeking a Frame Superintendent to lead field teams, ensure productivity, quality, and safety, and coordinate with project stakeholders. You will supervise hiring, training, and task assignments while aligning schedules with project goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, detail orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving on active construction sites. Experience with OSHA standards and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Excellent communication with all levels of the organization, customers, and subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and organize project information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives on projects.
• Supervise field personnel hiring, training, assignments, and terminations per EEO guidelines.
• Develop and maintain workforce development and efficiency.
• Assist project team in outlining processes and adjusting schedules accordingly.
• Troubleshoot constructability issues with the project team.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to win future projects.
• Coordinate material and equipment schedules for efficient use.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support the organization.
