Premise Health seeks a Lead Medical Director to provide care for clients and lead clinical teams at the Orlando Health Center. The role is full-time with a 40-hour week, operating 7A-7P weekdays and 8A-6P on weekends.

The incumbent will supervise physicians and advanced practitioners, drive quality metrics, and align clinic goals with the Senior Medical Director, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence.

Formación

• Medical Degree and board certification.
• 10+ years in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.
• Active medical licensure in all states with oversight.
• Federal DEA license matching states of practice.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site Medical Director and provide leadership to other site Medical Directors.
• Oversee clinical practices, supervise physicians and advanced practitioners.
• Lead providers using medical and people/performance management processes.
• Monitor health outcome initiatives and quality metrics; implement corrective actions.
• Align site goals with Senior Medical Director and report progress.
• Participate in hiring decisions and mentor site physicians and staff.
• Maintain communication channels for directives and updates.
