Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc in Ambler, PA seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with a BS in Electrical Engineering and 10–15 years of licensed experience to serve as Engineer of Record in several states. You will lead projects, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure construction documents meet client and code requirements.

Responsibilities include design development, QA of documents and RFIs, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering required.
Licensed engineer with 10–15 years of experience.
Engineer of Record in multiple states is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects from conception through Construction Documents.
Coordinate with disciplines, obtain permits, bid and oversee construction administration.
Ensure high QA on documents, specifications and RFIs.
Mentor designers and ensure budget and schedules are met.
Represent client interests in meetings and public hearings when needed.
Maintain company standards and coordinate with architects and other engineers.
