Job summary

Advatix Inc. in Sturgis, MI seeks an experienced Offset Prepress Manager to lead prepress in a multi-platform print environment.

You will drive accuracy in trapping, color correction, proofing, and imposition while upholding high visual quality for premium packaging. You will champion color standards, guide a cross-functional team with design, sales, and production, and push automation and continuous improvement in workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prepress experience in offset printing (packaging preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in production teams.
• Strong knowledge of color management, proofing, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day prepress operations across offset, flexographic, and hybrid print platforms.
• Ensure accurate file preparation including trapping, color correction, proofing, and imposition.
• Champion G7 color standards and a zero-defect quality mindset.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, sales, and production teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement within prepress workflows.
• Support premium brand standards, ensuring packaging meets high-impact retail expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable production practices.
• Manage and develop a high-performing prepress team in a fast-paced growth environment
