Job summary

ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics in Sturgis, MI is seeking an experienced Offset Prepress Manager to lead prepress operations across offset, flexo, and hybrid print environments, ensuring color accuracy and high-end packaging quality.

You will manage file preparation, drive process improvements, collaborate with design, sales and production, and mentor a fast-growing prepress team in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prepress experience in offset packaging.
• Proven leadership in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of color management and proofing.
• Experience with multi-platform print (offset + flexo).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Esko workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day prepress operations across offset, flexographic, and hybrid print platforms.
• Ensure accurate file preparation including trapping, color correction, proofing, and imposition.
• Champion G7 color standards and a zero-defect quality mindset.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, sales, and production teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement within prepress workflows.
• Support premium brand standards, ensuring packaging meets high-impact retail expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable production practices.
• Manage and develop a high-performing prepress team in a fast-paced growth environment.
