• Maintain a clinical caseload and ensure high-quality therapy services per standards.
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure coverage.
• Develop strategies to expand therapy programs and lead marketing efforts with hospitals.
• Investigate issues and provide ongoing staff education and training.
