Job summary

Element Care is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist for our PACE program in Massachusetts. You will collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to plan and evaluate care plans, supervise COTAs, and coordinate rehab services for participants.

This full-time role runs weekdays 8am–4pm with strong work-life balance and benefits. Requirements include MA licensure (OTR/L), CPR, 1–2 years of geriatric experience, the ability to lead and communicate clearly with staff, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as OTR/L in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1–2 years of geriatric experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all staff.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Rehab services as they relate to direct patient care.
• Provide supervision to COTA's and Rehab Aides.
• Oversee implementation of Rehab policies and procedures.
• Record required documentation per PACE protocol and enter timely data.
• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans; implement interventions at ADH or client’s home as appropriate.
• Perform home safety evaluations as requested by clinical team.
• Triage episodic complaints and refer to MD/NP or RN's as needed.
• Frequent local travel.
