Job summary

Alliance at Rosewood seeks a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Massachusetts. The OT will assess patients, create care plans and provide direct treatment while supervising students and aides as required.

Qualifications include a Bachelor or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure; professional organization membership is preferred. The role involves clinical program development and collaboration with the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by the applicable state agency.
• Current membership in professional organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients/residents.
• Evaluates patients/residents and develops appropriate care plans.
• Under a physician’s order, provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program.
• Participates in clinical program development and implementation.
• Complies with facility Privacy Practices policies and procedures and protects residents’ health information.

Education

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy
