Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations with clear direction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of skilled restorative therapy and maintenance programs.
• Screens residents for rehabilitation therapy needs and conducts evaluations.
• Establishes OT Plan of Care per physician order and delivers treatments.
• Documents progress toward OT goals and discharges when appropriate.
• Supervises assistants and coordinates with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensures compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and facility policies.
