Job summary

Serenity-Therapy-Solutions-LL in the Bronx, NY is seeking a Full-Time Lead Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role combines leadership with ongoing clinical engagement to support patient outcomes.

You will supervise physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff, coordinate scheduling and workflow with the Rehab Director, and ensure compliant documentation while maintaining a partial caseload.

Qualifications

• Valid New York professional license (PT, OT, or SLP)
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program

Responsibilities

• Assist the Rehab Director in supervision and support of the rehabilitation department across PT/OT/SLP and aides
• Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Support therapists with clinical problem-solving, patient needs, and treatment plan modifications
• Ensure efficient department operations in line with facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Rehab Director on scheduling, workflow and staff performance
• Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards
• Maintain a partial clinical caseload as determined by the Rehab Director
• Support adherence to quality, accuracy, and timeliness of documentation
