Job summary

HCA Florida Palms West Hospital, a 204-bed facility in Palm Beach County, is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to oversee patient care programs and mentor students. You will lead initiatives that enhance therapy services and ensure high-quality patient outcomes within a dynamic hospital setting.

The role involves assessing, developing, implementing, and refining treatment plans across the lifespan, while collaborating with multiple departments and clinical teams to support hospital-wide

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Some team lead/Leadership exp
• Certification: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Life Support: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of starting
