Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Clinical Staff Physician in Los Angeles to lead medical policies and programs, delivering high-quality occupational healthcare to businesses and patients. The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborates with the Center Leadership Team to ensure efficient, compliant care.

The position is full-time with clinic hours Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM (40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• CA medical license required.
• Active DEA registration required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Board certified or board eligible through ABPM, ABFM, AOA, or applicable state medical board preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care at the center and via telemedicine.
• Improve processes to minimize visit times and enhance patient experience.
• Serve as Primary Treating Physician for injuries and coordinate with therapists and specialists.
