Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and document findings.
• Provide episodic care for non‑occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Execute program workflows, including return to work and LOA management.
• Provide prevention and education through ergonomic and mobility coaching.
• Prepare reports on injury, treatment, and surveillance activities.
