Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions (AWS) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver onsite occupational health services in Trenton, NJ. The role operates as PRN/on-call with hours 9a–1p on Tuesdays and Thursdays, focusing on assessments, documentation, employee education, and collaborative intervention.

Qualifications

• Current APRN / Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice (or eligible).
• Licensed Prescriptive Authority as an APRN; Current DEA licensure.
• Established Collaborative Practice Agreement where applicable.
• State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law.
• Current CPR certification.
• Will be required to either hold or complete certification in audiometry, drug screening, and spirometry upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused care on site.
• Apply critical thinking to conduct comprehensive risk and health assessments.
• Document all clinical activities thoroughly and efficiently.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees.
• Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics.
• Demonstrate teamwork and professional communication with colleagues and leadership.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Utilize EMRs and maintain strong organizational and computer skills.
• Protect confidential information in line with privacy policies.
• Execute workflows including emergency response, referrals, return to work and LOA management.
• Assist with return to work and restriction management for leave cases.
