LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Occupational Health Supervisor to oversee daily Occupational Health operations, manage the Workers’ Compensation program, and coordinate services for employees.

Responsibilities include evaluating injuries, facilitating treatment, conducting pre-employment physicals, and developing individualized care plans with healthcare teams; ensuring safety and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• RN license with Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience is optional.
• COHN certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Occupational Health daily operations.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation claims and case oversight.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans.
• Ensure safety standards and communication across teams.
