Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an RN to supervise daily Occupational Health operations, manage the Workers’ Compensation program, and coordinate services. You will assess injuries, facilitate treatment, and create care plans with the healthcare team and employees.

You will ensure effective case management for claims and uphold safety standards, requiring vigilance and proactive coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN (Nursing License)
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience optional but beneficial
• COHN certification is preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and care planning skills

The role requires ensuring effective case management for Workers’ Compensation claims and maintaining safety standards, requiring constant alertness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is not mandatory but beneficial.
• Certifications such as RN license; COHN certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and care planning skills.
