Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology or Nursing Program; or Graduate of a Military Training Program in Surgical Technology; or equivalent experience
• 0–3 years of professional experience as a surgical tech

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical tech for scheduled and emergency Cesarean deliveries and obstetric surgeries
• Assist surgeons as first assistant during Cesarean deliveries
• Prepare and manage instruments and equipment with precision
• Maintain sterile technique to prevent infection
• Support OR workflow and quick room turnovers
