LMK Recruiting Solutions is assisting a dynamic NYC construction leader in finding two Construction Superintendents to command ground-up field operations on major high-rise and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates bring 6-8+ years of NYC construction experience, a NYC DOB Superintendent license, and a proven record of steady career progression. On-site leadership will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery across complex developments.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active NYC Department of Buildings Superintendent License/Registration.
• 6-8+ years of construction experience managing full project lifecycles from foundation to completion.
• Experience leading high-rise residential or large-scale commercial ground-up builds in NYC.
• Strong site presence, able to manage diverse trades and enforce safety.
• History of steady progression and tenure with prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all day-to-day field operations on assigned ground-up projects, driving progress schedules and optimizing resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards for top capital clients.
• Coordinate, direct, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site labor for productivity and accountability.
• Enforce NYC DOB codes, OSHA standards, and site safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and client reps to resolve field conditions and maintain momentum.
• Provide clear daily log entries and weekly progress reports to leadership on milestones and risks.
