Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2 years of clinical, long-term care experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews residents’ condition and treatments; monitor acutely ill residents.
• Provide clinical nursing expertise for complex needs and emergencies.
• Develop and ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
• Complete timely performance evaluations for nursing staff.
• Develop care plans with resident-focused goals and responsible disciplines.
• Monitor implementation of care plans and daily nursing activities.
• Supervise nursing operations and staffing per standards.
• Rotate on-call supervision and ensure constant availability.
• Coordinate nursing staff activities and replacements for shifts.
• Orient new personnel and counsel staff as needed.

Education

Associate’s degree in Nursing

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
