Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
• Current, active RN or LPN license in this state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities on the unit.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with resident services for continuous care.
• Complete medical forms, reports, and evaluations as necessary.
• Prepare and provide reports/recommendations to Nursing Services Director.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with policies.
