Job summary

Medi-Weightloss Princeton is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead our clinic as the primary medical provider. You will mentor a clinical team, guide patient care, and help create an exceptional patient experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Active NJ NP or PA license required.
• Current NJ DEA registration or ability to obtain upon hire.
• CAQH profile preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and exams.
• Review histories, labs, ECGs, and diagnostic testing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based weight management.
• Prescribe medications per supervising physician protocols.
• Provide nutritional counseling and lifestyle coaching.
• Educate on supplements, hormone optimization, and IV therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up.
• Mentor Medical Assistants and clinical staff.
• Oversee patient care quality and KPIs.
• Support new clinical services and practice growth.
