Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in surgical nursing, with at least 3 years in management.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily operations of the patient care area.
• Partner with leadership to plan and deliver quality, consistent patient care and services.
• Interview and hire new employees and coordinate their orientation with the Unit Clinical Educator.
