Job summary

ProMedica Fremont Memorial Hospital in Fremont, Ohio, is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the surgical nursing unit, oversee daily patient care operations, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will recruit and onboard staff, collaborate with leadership, and implement evidence-based practices. Requires a BSN, 5 years surgical nursing with 3 in management, and state licensure; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications
