Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, Georgia is seeking a qualified RN to lead venous access and infusion therapy services on a full-time basis. The role includes 3 x 12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm, with rotating weekends and opportunities for salary growth through the Clinical Ladder program.

You will mentor staff, drive quality improvement, and ensure high standards of patient care in a supportive ministry-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within the RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patients to determine venous access methods and manage complications.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in the unit.
• Mentor staff, provide training, and support professional development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in patient services.
