Job summary

US Digestive Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our ambulatory surgery center. You will Direct patient care, manage nursing staff, schedule, train, and evaluate, while ensuring quality improvement, safety, infection control, and compliance programs.

Collaborating with leadership and providers, you will support policy development, budgeting, staff education, regulatory readiness, and equipment management, maintaining professionalism within the center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing, prefer BSN.
• Current State Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting and a minimum of two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in the ambulatory care center and supervise nursing staff.
• Manage daily staffing schedules and provide staff orientation.
• Oversee quality improvement, safety, infection control, and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and providers to meet patient needs and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee equipment management and endoscopy-related needs in the center.
• Participate in credentialing activities with physicians, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff.
