New Mexico Department of Health is seeking a nurse leader to advance the Family Planning Program. The role involves leading clinical teams, delivering consultation and training to field clinic staff, and ensuring high-quality sexual and reproductive health services across sites in New Mexico.

You will oversee Title X clinic site visits, guide program evaluation, and coordinate data-driven reporting for grants.

Qualificações

• Must possess a current RN license in New Mexico and at least 5 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in family planning and sexual/reproductive health is preferred.
• Strong leadership and training abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical teams to provide consultation, education, and training to field clinic staff and the public.
• Schedule and conduct site visits to Title X clinics (approx. 25–30 per year) and oversee quality review.
• Coordinate program data collection and write reports on outcomes for federal and state grants.
• Monitor contracts with vendors and manage lab and pharmacy supply budgets.
