Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in nuclear medicine, NYS radiologic licensure, and leadership experience. You will manage staff, coordinate workflows, enforce safety, and drive quality improvement in a high-volume academic medical setting.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology.
• New York State Radiologic Technologist License in Nuclear Medicine is required.
• ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB Certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in nuclear medicine.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Procedure Execution across nuclear medicine procedures.
• Leadership & Staff Coordination including staffing, scheduling, and mentorship.
• Imaging & Technical Responsibilities: maintain image quality and protocol implementation.
• Radiopharmaceutical & Radiopharmacy Oversight: preparation, handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Radiation Safety & Regulatory Compliance: uphold safety standards and audits.
