Job summary

The candidate must hold a Nuclear Medicine program accreditation (JRCNMT or NMTCB) and possess ARDMS/ARRT, CNMT, or NMTCB along with BCLS.

Qualifications

• Education: Nuclear Medicine program accredited by JRCNMT or NMTCB is required.
• Work Experience: 3 years technical experience required and leadership of personnel.
• Licenses: ARDMS or ARRT - Nuclear Medicine, CNMT, NMTCB, and BCLS required at hire.

Performs and supervises modality daily operations and provides leadership relative to the assigned area. This position requires 70 percent patient care and 30 percent supervisory functions. Promotes and advocates imaging services by remaining abreast of the latest changes in technology and equipment. The Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist ensures accreditations standards are maintained as well as performs a variety of tasks involving the operation of nuclear medicine equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate.
