Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Engineering Program Leader to drive New Plant Introduction (NPI) development programs for next-generation nuclear plants. You will lead the technical program across multiple engineering disciplines, coordinating with partners, subcontractors, and customers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while aligning with the business vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics, Math or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in engineering design or project leadership.
• 6+ years in nuclear industry or large-scale power project experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for on-time and on-budget delivery of design product programs.
• Establish and manage technical interfaces between internal and external parties.
• Coordinate engineering interfaces and drive timely resolution of technical issues across multiple disciplines.
• Report program progress, performance and manpower utilization with attention to delays and risks.
• Manage budgetary risks and opportunities with Product/Projects, Finance and Operations.
