Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is actively seeking non-CDL drivers in Montgomery, AL to load, transport, and unload household goods for our customers. You will lead crews, ensure safe handling, and interact with clients daily while maintaining accurate shipment records.

The role requires a clean driving record, adherence to DOT regulations, and a willingness to travel. Growth opportunities exist within a long‑standing company with a history of service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Real ID compliant ID or DL preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communication skills; reliability and punctuality.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipment on to and/or off of truck.
• Inspect shipment prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipment.
• Load trucks and containers for interstate movement.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain documentation for shipments and driver logs; comply with DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
