Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Senior Technical Solution Architect to lead the strategy and design of classified cloud environments for NNSA programs. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, align cloud capabilities with mission needs, and ensure secure, compliant implementations across enclaves.

You will work with stakeholders across DOE/NNSA and maintain a strong emphasis on zero-trust, CDS, and secure identity management while guiding technical teams and proposals.

Qualifications

• Active Department of Energy (DOE) Q or DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years in enterprise systems engineering and architecture, 5+ years in AWS Secret/Top Secret or Azure Government regions.
• Experience with NNSA, DOE, or National Laboratories, nuclear security culture, and M&O model.
• Professional cloud certifications and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and champion multi-year technical roadmap for NNSA classified cloud environments.
• Architect end-to-end security frameworks per ICD 503, CNSSI 1253, NIST SP 800-53 High Impact.
• Lead technical capture, draft high-scoring sections for solicitations, and guide engineering teams.
