Mastronardi Produce Limited is seeking a Lead Machine Operator for a night shift in a refrigerated warehouse environment. You will coordinate the work of machine operators, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and efficiency during production runs.

You will monitor performance, ensure product quality and accurate labeling, and communicate with the supervisor on line status and improvement opportunities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow procedures and safety rules.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members.

Mansioni

• Train and troubleshoot machine operators as needed.
• Report issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
• Monitor machine performance and address minor problems.
• Follow safety procedures and startup/shutdown checklists.
• Operate to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Meet daily production goals set by the area supervisor.
• Ensure product and labeling quality meets specs.
• Label accuracy for country of origin and pallet tags.
• Enforce company policies and maintain orderly line operations.
• Motivate line workers and oversee duty performance.
• Perform changeover procedures.
