Mastronardi Produce USA, Inc. is seeking a Lead Machine Operator for the B1 shift (Thursday-Saturday and alternating Wednesdays, 5am-5pm) in Livonia, MI.

You will supervise machine setup and operation, coach operators, and ensure production goals and quality specs are met in a fast-paced refrigerated environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reporting issues to the shift supervisor, and enforcing safety procedures while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related work experience required.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train and troubleshoot machine operators.
• Report issues to supervisor about machine or product.
• Monitor machine performance and fix minor problems.
• Follow safety procedures and start-up/shutdown checklists.
• Operate to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.
• Achieve daily production goals.
• Ensure product quality and accurate labeling.
• Oversee line staffing and motivate team.
• Perform changeovers.
