Mastronardi Produce is seeking a Lead Machine Operator for the night shift to coordinate machine setup and operation within the Production department. You will lead a team, monitor performance, and ensure safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities include training operators, addressing line issues, maintaining quality, proper labeling, and keeping the work area clean and organized. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related work experience required.
• Strong English communication and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Train and troubleshoot machine operators.
• Report issues to the shift supervisor.
• Monitor machine performance and fix minor problems.
• Follow safety procedures and startup/shutdown steps.
• Complete daily startup and shutdown checklists.
• Operate machines to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Meet daily production goals set by the supervisor.
• Ensure product quality and accurate labeling.
• Maintain line organization and cleanliness.
• Lead and motivate the line to high performance.
• Perform changeover procedures.
