Job summary

DBA Web Technologies in Tulsa, OK seeks a Network Infrastructure Engineer to manage server operating systems, TCP/IP, routing protocols, and security architectures on-site. The role covers plan, implement, and support large-scale networks with zero-trust frameworks and multivendor environments.

The engineer will lead projects, monitor system health, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and industry standards while maintaining thorough network documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum three years related experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows workstation support, TCP/IP, routing protocols, physical network design and troubleshooting.
• High-level knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and server OS (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX).
• Knowledge of EVPN, VXLAN, spine-leaf designs, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, and zero-trust frameworks.
• Experience with SolarWinds, Splunk, Wireshark, and Microsoft System Center.
• Automation skills with Python and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Establish network goals aligned with IT strategy.
• Provide technical support for network incidents and issues.
• Plan, design, configure, and implement network hardware/software with minimal downtime.
• Maintain network documentation and standards.
• Lead cross-functional network projects and engage with stakeholders.
