Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Manager of Network Engineering to lead our IT Network Engineering function, ensuring secure, reliable, and highly available network infrastructure. You will drive engineering strategy, service reliability, and cost-effective solutions across LAN/WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, cloud connectivity, and related services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years in Network Engineering with 3–5 years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8-10 years of Network Engineering experience, including 3-5 years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Network Engineering function to ensure secure, reliable, and highly available network infrastructure.
• Plan, coordinate, direct, and design operational activities of the IT Network Engineering team, including LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, cloud connectivity, and network services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain industry best practices to secure network infrastructure and remote access capabilities.
• Oversee network architecture and designs for high availability, performance, redundancy, and security.
• Serve as liaison between IT Network Engineering, Information Security, Infrastructure, and business technology teams.
