Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of Network Engineering experience, including 3-5 years in management.
• Experience leading 24x7 network operations and incident response.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, and cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Network Engineering to ensure secure, reliable network infrastructure.
• Oversee network operations, strategy, and service reliability in a 24x7 environment.
• Plan, direct, and design operations for LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, and cloud links.
• Develop and maintain network security practices and remote access capabilities.
• Coordinate with IT leadership, security, and business units to implement cost-effective solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Provide after-hours support for maintenance, patches, incident response, and changes.
