The ideal candidate will manage Cisco Call Manager, firewall, and network security, maintain documentation, and participate in change management and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field with four years of telecommunications and networks experience.
• Two years of systems management/administration.
• CCNA certification and ability to obtain CCNP within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the purchase, installation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure equipment and software.
• Analyzes, administers, and maintains voice, video, and/or communication circuits.
• Maintains network devices by applying patches and performing firmware upgrades.
• Maintains network security and ensures compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Configures switches, routers, firewalls, network taps, and cryptographic devices.
• Interfaces with vendors to resolve outages or performance issues.
• Develops and maintains internal knowledge transfer and network topology documentation.
