Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer Team Lead to design, implement, and secure enterprise networks using Aruba and Palo Alto technologies. The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and delivering high-availability networking across on-site, hybrid, and remote environments.

You will guide a team of engineers, optimize LAN/WAN/WLAN performance, and collaborate with cybersecurity and cloud teams to enforce strict security standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Hands-on Aruba and Palo Alto experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN/WLAN networks and VPNs.
• Maintain high availability and performance of network systems.
• Configure Aruba switches and wireless APs; manage controllers.
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
• Provide Tier III support and mentor junior staff.
