Qualifications

• 1–4 years of related work experience or internships.

• Familiarity with transportation and logistics concepts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Access and Excel.
• MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Willingness to travel and undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and generate standard routing or load plans.
• Provide reports and metrics on a regular basis.
• Support design and implementation of supply chain solutions.
• Participate in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Communicate status and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
• Meet deadlines and interact with customers by phone, email, or in person.
• Assist senior staff to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
