Qualifications

• 1–4 years of related experience or internships preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Understanding of transportation, supply chain and logistics concepts
• Strong written and oral communication
• Experience with Access and Excel
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel and work at Penske locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to generate standard routing or load plans and provide reports and metrics
• Support the design and implementation of supply chain solutions related to Penske business agreements
• Participate in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Apply tactical processes within established business rules
• Meet customer deadlines and provide required metrics
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person
• Resolve issues with SMEs guidance
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
