Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Network Engineer Architect to lead large-scale network transformations across on‑premises, cloud and hybrid environments. The role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, security, and automation, with a focus on scalable, secure networking for AI and data-intensive workloads.

You will partner with DevOps, SRE, and platform teams to implement SDN concepts, multi‑cloud connectivity, and modern security architectures. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network solutions across on‑prem, cloud & hybrid environments.
• 7+ years of network architecture principles including routing, switching, wireless, security, segmentation, and traffic engineering.
• 7+ years designing and supporting large‑scale enterprise, service provider, cloud, or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• 3+ years of cloud networking concepts including multi-cloud architectures, segmentation and security.
• 3+ years of network automation, orchestration, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• 3+ years of scripting/automation with Python and APIs.
• 3+ years of modern security architectures including Zero Trust, micro‑segmentation and secure remote access.
• 2+ years developing technology strategies, roadmaps, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale network transformation and modernization programs.
• Design infrastructure to support AI, analytics, data-intensive workloads and high-performance apps.
• Work with SDN, intent-based networking, and network automation concepts.
• Implement hybrid and multi‑cloud, edge networking architectures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, NetOps, SRE, and platform engineering teams.
