Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Network Administrator N to oversee routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN across data centers and cloud. The role involves automating configurations with Ansible or Terraform and coordinating with Cloud and Security teams for hybrid networking.

Qualifications

• SME for routing, switching, firewall and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VPN, and Citrix NetScaler issues.
• Experience configuring firewalls and SD-WAN policies in Cisco Meraki and ASA environments.
• Familiarity with automation and compliance using Ansible or Terraform.
• Proficient in monitoring with SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, or Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute).
• Document network architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows.
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in network change, automation, and problem management reviews.
