Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Lead Network Administrator to oversee routing, switching, and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud environments.

You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, and Citrix NetScaler ADC load-balancing and help implement policy across Cisco ASA and Meraki devices. You will automate configurations with Ansible or Terraform, monitor performance with SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, and Splunk, and collaborate with Cloud/Security teams on hybrid networking (AWS

Qualifications

• Experience as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN connectivity, and Citrix NetScaler ADC/load-balancing.
• Automate network device configuration with Ansible or Terraform.
• Document network diagrams, SOPs, and escalation workflows; mentor L2 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud environments.
• Manage advanced troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, MPLS, Meraki SD-WAN, VPN connectivity, and Citrix NetScaler ADC/load-balancing issues.
• Implement and maintain firewall, SD-WAN, and application delivery policies across Cisco ASA, Meraki appliances, and Citrix NetScaler ADC.
• Automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform.
• Monitor network performance through SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, and Splunk integrations.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute).
• Document network architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows.
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in network change, automation, and problem management reviews.
