Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced field technician to test, inspect, and troubleshoot LV, MV, and HV switchgear and related equipment across Tennessee and the Southeast. You will perform NETA acceptance testing, document results, and help commission new equipment while supporting outages and emergencies.

Ideal candidates hold a NETA II/III/IV certification with 2–5+ years of field testing experience, strong safety habits (LOTO, arc flash, NFPA 70E), and a valid driver's

• NETA certification (II/III/IV) required.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.

Job description

This field role is for an experienced tech testing and maintaining electrical power systems for customers across Tennessee and the Southeast.

What you'll do

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.

Pay & benefits: $40–$70/hr plus overtime and per diem. Company truck, full benefits and 401(k) match.
