Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an experienced field testing technician to service electrical power systems across Tennessee and the Southeast. You will test, inspect, and troubleshoot LV, MV, and HV equipment and document results.

Responsibilities include commissioning new equipment, supporting outages and emergencies, and mentoring junior technicians on site. Travel up to 50% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• NETA certification required for field testing roles.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV, HV switchgear, breakers, and transformers.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing and document results.
• Commission new equipment and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.
