Rapid Eagle Inc in Las Vegas is seeking a Dotnet Lead to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies. The role requires leading EDA initiatives and building robust integrations across systems.

The candidate will architect REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous frameworks, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high performance, security, and reliability in on-site deployments in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• EDA concepts and implementation experience.
• Messaging with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar platforms.
• RESTful APIs and microservices experience.
• Experience in custom enterprise integrations across multiple applications and platforms.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, IBM Integration Bus, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom integrations between internal and external applications.

• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define integration strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor junior team members.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
